This Privacy Policy explains how Stealth Price Alerts handles information collected through its early-access signup and price-alert testing service.

1. Information collected

The Service processes waitlist registrants’ first names, usernames, mobile numbers, SMS opt-in records, and technical records needed to operate registration and future alerts. The scanner may also process publicly available product-listing data. Public waitlist registration collects the submitted first name, username, US mobile number, consent choice, and the consent event record, including its timestamp, source, disclosure version, and evidence reference.

2. How information is used

Information is used to operate and troubleshoot the prototype, detect candidate pricing anomalies, deliver authorized alerts, prevent duplicate notifications, and maintain records of consent and opt-out requests.

3. Service providers

Service providers process information to support the Service, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

4. SMS consent and sharing

SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any product. SMS messaging is not yet active for public waitlist subscribers.

5. Retention and security

We retain registration and consent records as needed to administer the waitlist, document messaging permissions, resolve disputes, meet applicable legal requirements, and support security. You may contact us to request deletion, subject to records we must retain for compliance.

6. Your choices

SMS alerts are not active yet. STOP and HELP instructions apply once messaging launches.

7. Children's privacy

This prototype is not designed for children under 13 and does not intentionally solicit their personal information.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated as the prototype develops. Material changes should be reflected in a revised publication date.
