Terms & Conditions

Stealth Price Alerts · Updated October 22, 2026

1. About the Service

Stealth Price Alerts is a private testing prototype that screens shopping-listing information for potentially unusual prices and may send alerts to an authorized test recipient. It accepts early-access waitlist registrations, but SMS alerts are not yet active.

2. No guarantee of price or availability

Alerts are informational only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or out of date. A detected price is not an offer, reservation, promise of availability, or guarantee of savings. Verify all details directly with the retailer before making a purchasing decision.

3. No automated purchases

The prototype does not automatically purchase products. Any decision to visit a retailer or purchase an item is made by the recipient.

4. SMS program terms

5. Delivery and carrier notice

Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier networks, device settings, and service availability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. External links

Alerts may refer to third-party retailer or shopping pages. Those services are independently operated, and their prices, policies, and terms may differ. Verify any link before interacting with it.

7. Acceptable use and changes

Use the prototype only for lawful testing. Features, availability, and these terms may change as the system develops.
